The Astros knocked off the Cleveland Guardians 8-2 in the finale of their three-game set at Minute Maid Park. Jon Singleton was 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and a pair of runs scored. Jose Altuve and Jeremy Pena combined for five hits, two RBIs and three runs. Tayler Scott earned his first win after throwing one-and-a-third scoreless frames in relief. The Astros have won four of five and sit fourth in the AL West at 11-and-20. They remain home to host the Seattle Mariners tonight.
