Family moves to a neighborhood that's safe and quiet where their kids can be raised in a healthy environment.  Mom lets kids play outside (you know, what Czarina Obama is encouraging kids these days to do).  Mom gets arrested for child endangerment. 

And this is in Texas!

My parents would have been arrested every day I was a kid.  And how about the gutless, cowardly neighbor who called to complain but then wouldn't say anything to the reporter?  And how about the cop?  Should he be reprimanded for being so stupid or was he just doing his job?
