News in the Nidal Hasan trial this week is that the terrorist who killed 12 pople and wounded 32 can have his beard forcibly shaved.  I'm at the point now, while I understand the need to adhere to military protocol, where I say we just get the show on the road, try him with his religiously-mandated beard and be done with it. 

But the bigger story is this new video put out by survivors of that terrorist attack. They're not happy with the way our government has handled and labled the November 5 "incident."  Incident is in quotes because depending on who you ask, which report you read or what your viewpoint is, Nidal Hasan either committed an act of workplace violence or an act of terrorism.

Which do you think it was?  After all, I'm sure it was just coincidence that he head been in contact with top known terrorists and shouted Allahu Akbar before he murdered those people on Fort Hood.
