The blue-gloved gropers at the TSA expose a 17-year old girl's breasts during a pat down and their reaction is: "sorry." 

Yup.  But it just so happens the teenager is the niece of Texas Rep. Ralph Hall.  Otherwise, we might never have heard about this.

Yup.  It's the fault of the girl for wearing loose clothing.  Unbelievable if it weren't the government and TSA.
