Yup.  Your Uncle Sam has forked over $100k so "researchers" can figure out if teaching at-risk teenage girls how to talk their sexual partners into using a condom actually works. 

According to the University of Houston press release, researchers say, "one of the big issues for this population of adolescent girls is condom negotiation. They may have a boyfriend who says it isn’t “cool” to use a condom. To prepare the girls for these types of situations, the counselors and pediatricians will teach them how to negotiate condom use with their partner."

So as you head off to work today just know that's where some of your tax dollars are going.
