You should be kicked out of the state legislature for crap like this.
State Rep. Ryan Guillen, D-Rio Grande City, has filed a bill to force Texas and Texas A&M to play a football game every year. Yep.
And if one of the schools doesn't want to schedule the game it will face penalties and scholarship restrictions.
Oh, by the way, Guillen is an A&M grad. Wasn't it A&M who left the Big 12 for greener pastures in the SEC?
