This was inevitable, unfortunately.  The city of Waco and Baylor plop down a brand new stadium and then tell residents who had no say in the matter they must now live by a new set of rules.

While some residents near the new stadium are concerned about parking and traffic issues in their neighborhood, others would like to make the best out of a bad situation.  After all, the city and Baylor promised the area great economic benefit as a result of the new stadium.  What they really meant was economic benefit to them, not the average schmos out there.  In fact, I had callers to the show months ago who tipped me off that the city and Baylor had no inention of letting something like this happen - it's lost revenue.
